Terms and Conditions

I'm a mom. There's rules. You'll live.

Before booking a session, please read the following terms carefully.

1. Platform & Game Requirements

You must have a Discord account to participate in sessions.

All communication and gameplay coordination happen through Discord voice chat only (no video).

If you don’t have Discord yet, you can download it for free at discord.com.

Some games include built-in voice chat - when that makes communication easier, we can use in-game voice instead, provided that it’s private.

You’ll need to choose a game from my available game library.

Only games I currently have can be booked for sessions.

You must own your own copy of the chosen game (where applicable).

If you don’t own any paid games, that’s totally fine - we can enjoy free-to-play titles together instead.

2. Respectful Behavior

These sessions are intended for gaming, learning, and social interaction only.

• No sexual harassment, inappropriate requests, abuse, or threats.

• Any violation will result in immediate termination of your session without refund.

Kindness and respect are required at all times.

I reserve the right to end a session if a participant appears intoxicated, abusive, threatening, or otherwise unable to participate respectfully.

3. Session Timing

Sessions begin at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled end time.

Please ensure that Discord, game installations, updates, and any required accounts are set up before your session begins.

If you're booking a Learn With Mom session, account setup and basic technical assistance may be part of the session, depending on your goals.

I will do my best to accommodate minor technical difficulties, but extended setup time may reduce available gameplay or coaching time.

4. Age Requirement

All participants must be 18 years of age or older.

By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

5. Payment & Refunds

• All sessions must be paid in full prior to the session.

• Refunds are only issued for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.

• No refunds will be given for missed sessions or violations of these Terms.

6. Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule your session up to 12 hours before your start time, subject to availability.

7. Technical Issues

If a technical problem prevents us from starting or continuing the session (for example, a platform outage or disconnection), the remaining time will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

8. Recording & Streaming

Recording, sharing, or streaming sessions without mutual consent is strictly prohibited.

9. Right to Refuse Service

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior or violation of these terms.
